Coquet Trust currently provides a domiciliary service to people within their own homes, located within Tyne and Wear, North Tyneside and Northumberland and outreach support for a number of individuals within those areas. This has been made possible through the recruitment of experienced Support Team Managers, who, along with the Trust Senior Management team, select a team of multi-skilled support workers, who enable individuals to have a worthwhile and enjoyable life within the local community.

The Centre for Sport is committed to creating sports clubs and teams, based at the centre, offering local residents a chance to compete at the highest possible level. They currently have Trampolining, Basketball, Hockey, Badminton, Netball, Table Tennis, Judo and Karate clubs. All offer opportunities for male, female, adult and junior development. All the clubs have support and benefit of the centre’s experienced staff, who assist in clubs’ development by making links for new players, helping with fund raising and giving clubs a positive direction. Playing or helping with a club team is extremely rewarding and it may even lead to a paid employment in something you really enjoy. If you would like to get involved with any of their clubs, either as a coach or a volunteer, or just want to play, please let them know and they will be delighted to help you out.
