Course Programme
- 9.00am Welcome and registration.
- Review of pre-course study material
- Benefits of and contra-indications for trampolinine
- Recap on riding, popping, kipping and damping techniques
Practical work:
- Seat landings – all progressions
- Winstrada grades 4 exercises (working with course members)
- Progressions for front landings
- 12.30 – 13.00 Lunch. Opportunity for discussion and information sharing
- Progressions for back landings
- Winstrada grades 5 exercises (working with course members)
- Winstrada grades 6 exercises (working with course members)
- 15.30pm Put trampolines away and lock up
Programme – Day Two
- 9.00am Get trampolines out.
- Discussion of matters arising
- Recap on front and back landings using all progressions
- All progressions for Hands and Knees forward turnover
- Winstrada Grade 7 exercises
- Winstrada Grade 8 exercises
- Snapshot review (filmed) of all exercises and progressions covered on course
- Preliminary self assessment paper
- 12.30 – 13.00 Lunch. Opportunity for discussion and information sharing
- Recap, based on course members’ requirements and tutor’s observations
- Explanation and practical examples of different axes of movement
- Working in pairs (Student and teacher roles) – Course tutor and course members to give feedback on coaching performance
- Final self assessment paper and statement of limitations
- 15.15 pm Certification
- Put trampolines away and lock up
- 3.30pm Close of course
